Cavity wall insulation
Having cavity wall insulation installed could reduce heat loss from your home by as much as 35%.
The installation can take up to just a few hours to complete. One of our teams of trained installers
will inject either mineral fibre wool (made from recycled glass) or bonded bead into the cavity between the inner
and outer walls of your home through holes drilled in the mortar. They will then make good, refilling the holes with
carefully colour-matched mortar and even replacing render, paint or pebbledash.
Snug Network cavity wall insulation is guaranteed by CIGA (Cavity Insulation Guarantee Agency) for 25 years from
the date of installation.
Loft insulation
Having effective roof insulation installed could cut the heat lost from your home by 20% or more.
You may already have loft insulation in place, but if this is not thick enough or is incorrectly fitted
it may be allowing heat to escape. A Snug Network assessor will be able to check this for you.
If you decide to go ahead, our trained installers will fit a blanket of mineral fibre wool, made
from recycled glass, between and over the joists in your loft. This usually takes around two hours.
Our installers will take care to minimise disruption and clean up after themselves.
